The Privacy Notice explains how and why Hökku Education, LLC. Known as “HÖKKU- ESSERE – HOKKU ACADEMY –  HOKKU VOCATIONAL ORIENTATION,” referred to as Hökku: collects and uses the personal data of individuals who apply for a relationship with us.

We collect different personal data for various means. We cannot process your application without your data. We will make this explicit where we do not need your data; for example, we will explain if any part of an application form you must complete is optional and can be left blank.

Hökku Education, LLC. will collect the following personal data during the registration process:

9. Previous grade report card

IDENTIFICATION: Name; birth certificate; date of birth; age; the name of father and mother; address; telephone; cell phone number; signature; Unique Population Registry Code; photograph; voter’s identification card number; nationality and/or immigration documents; personal references.

You may object to Hokku Education, LLC, requesting personal references from you by emailing contact@hokkueducation.com with our Personal Data Unit: stating such intention.

ACADEMIC: Level of Studies; Professional License; Academic Records; Degrees, certificates, diplomas, certificates, acknowledgments, acknowledgments, letter of an internship.

ELECTRONIC: E-mail; social network user. You may object to Hokku Education, LLC processing your electronic data related to the “social network user” by emailing our Personal Data Unit: contact@hokkueducation.com stating such intention.

WHAT DO WE DO WITH YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION, AND WHY?

We process your data for the following purposes: the recruitment, selection, and enrollment process of Hokku Education, LLC.

In terms of the Federal Law for the Protection of Personal Data in Possession of Individuals, we are always required to have a legal basis (i.e., a legal framework that allows us to collect and process your data and a lawful purpose).

Please note that we have indicated in the previous section that our processing of your data has the following characteristics:

We must comply with a legal obligation or take steps to maintain our legal relationship with you.

If you choose not to provide personal data relevant to us, we may not be able to enter into or continue our relationship with you.

TO WHOM DO WE SHARE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION, AND WHY?

Hokku Education, LLC transfers your data to external parties to fully and properly provide our Services. By accepting and authorizing the use of your data in the terms stated above, you expressly authorize Hokku Education LLC to transfer said data to educational authorities of any level (Federal, State, Municipal), public and private organizations, various companies and individuals, inside and outside Mexico, to certify your studies and skills; to those national or foreign institutions with which Hokku Education, LLC, has signed collaboration agreements.

HOW DO WE MAINTAIN THE SECURITY OF YOUR DATA?

We will take specific actions (as required by applicable data protection laws) to ensure that we take appropriate security measures to protect your data from accidental loss and unlawful or unauthorized processing to destruction or damage.

HOW LONG DO WE KEEP YOUR DATA?

Personal data will be kept in our data systems on file for six months from when the selection process is completed. You are not elected to keep your data updated and contact you in case of any reason or circumstance. In case you are selected and enrolled in our school, Hokku Education, LLC. will keep your data in our data systems for the necessary time to comply with the purposes stated at the beginning of this privacy notice and the legal and/or fiscal actions arising from these, which, as a general rule, may not exceed a maximum period of five years, counted from the termination of our contract.

WHAT ARE YOUR RIGHTS REGARDING YOUR DATA, AND HOW CAN YOU EXERCISE THEM?

Hokku Academy, LLC is called “Responsible” in the Federal Law on Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties, Data Processor in the General Personal Data Protection Regulation.

Känguru uses this information following the Law and the Regulation indicated for the correct means and purposes.

You can use your rights at any time, under the terms and conditions outlined in the law mentioned above, the rights of access, rectification, cancellation, and opposing this processing. 

You must submit your request at the address indicated at the beginning of this notice or e-mail to contact@hokkueducation.com. The request (physical or electronic) for access, rectification, cancellation and opposition must indicate:

1. Name
2. Birth certificate
3. Date of birth
4. Age
5. Telephone
6. CURP/DNI/DNI
7. Photo
8. Nationality
9. Name of the owner of the personal data, or if applicable, the name of the minor and the name of the guardian or legal representative of the minor.
10. The address or electronic means to communicate the response to your request.
11. The clear and precise description of the personal data you seek to exercise any rights mentioned in the previous paragraph.

In case you wish to rectify the personal data, you must indicate the personal data that is incorrect or that you want to update.

In case of the cancellation or opposition process, you must indicate at least the personal data on which you are exercising those rights and any data or information you consider those rights should be exercised.

You should also indicate any element or document that facilitates the location of the personal data—the form in which the information is required: simple copy, electronic document, or other means.

When exercising one of the rights, you must prove to be the owner of the information you require through an official identification, which must be attached to the request and presented, if applicable, when you collect the response to your request. The indication that a response to your request has been issued will be notified in the means indicated.

The term we have to respond to your request is 20 days from receipt, and if the response is favorable to your interests, its delivery will be made within 15 days. We do not omit that you can also revoke the consent you have given us to treat your data. However, it is essential to note that not in all cases we will be able to meet your request or terminate the use immediately since it is possible that for some legal obligation, we require to continue processing your data.

We also recognize the Right to be Forgotten or right of erasure, which, under certain conditions, you may request that we erase your data, for example, when your personal data is no longer necessary for the purposes for which it was collected, i.e., when your personal information is no longer required for the purposes for which it was collected, i.e., when it is no longer necessary for the purposes for which it was collected.

It is essential to point out that we will not be able to grant this right if the terms indicated in the previous section are still in force; for its exercise, you must observe the provisions of points 1 to 5 of the first paragraph of this section.

REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY

Please see the information below for details on our refund terms and policies. Please note that our policies differ between subscription payments and one-time payments made for courses, academic degrees, and/or any other purchases made to our sites. Payment options may vary from Service to Service. Please also note that we treat violations of our TERMS OF USE very seriously, and we have no obligation to offer refunds to users who violate these terms. Similarly, we are under no obligation to provide late refunds to students who do not receive a passing grade in the subject and/or academic course and/or who are otherwise dissatisfied with their final grade.

REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY

Our policies differ between subscription and one-time payments.

Hokku Education, LLC does not offer refund payments.

Hokku Education, LLC will not offer refunds to students who do not meet: attendance, testing, assessment progress, submit complete documentation, or any of the requested achievement objectives.

To earn credit for the selected grade level, children must be enrolled in the program for ten consecutive months with no outstanding balances. And complete the requirements requested for each level.

Payment for services will be made according to the selected service.

If the service is canceled, Parents or tutors must give notice of cancellation immediately.

You will have continuous access to the services during the year. All of our students will receive a certificate of completion and a grade accreditation certificate as long as they comply with all the requirements and documentation.
